The Trouble With Jesuits, part 22

 The College Fix reports:

Loyola University Chicago (ed. - A Jesuit School)  recently christened a new pagan student club, with its student organizer saying the group aims to help pupils at the private Catholic college find the God they seek, not just the one featured in the Bible.

“Loyola’s mission states that ‘seeking God in all things’ is one of the main tenants of the university,” said the group’s student president, Jill Kreider, in an email to The College Fix. “While the mission primarily focuses on the Abrahamic God, there is no reason a Pagan student (or a Hindu, Baha’i or Sikh student) cannot seek using his or her own faith, regardless of which god they are doing it for.”

John 11:35

"Jesus wept."

Thankfully, it's the Church of England. I can't imagine how mortified I would be if I was in attendance.

In Me I Trust

From Breitbart:

"On Wednesday, Great Britain’s Girl Guides (their equivalent of U.S. Girl Scouts) and Brownies removed God from their 103-year-old oath.

Instead of the passage where they used to promise to “love God,” they will now vow to be true to "myself" and develop "my beliefs." The organization said the move is intended to attract girls from secular families."

Great idea. We should complete the process. We should change "God Save the King" To "I save the King". In God We Trust? In Me I Trust. I Bless America. Praise ME, From Whom All Blessings Flow! I thank me for giving me this opportunity.
