Feast of St. Brychan, April 6
Catholic Online says this:
"King of Wales, undocumented but popular saint. Brychan is credited with having twenty-four children, all saints."
Come on! Not a rotten apple in the bunch? I'm not buyin'...
According to legend, he was married three times. His wives were:
1) Prawst ferch Tydwal
2) Banhadlwedd ferch Banadi
3) Gwladys (although I'm guessing this wasn't her real name, just a nickname).
Bonus - he had sons named Rhydog and Cynog.
Make that St. Rhydog and St. Cynog.
